High Museum of Exhibit: Winnie-the-Pooh: Exploring A Classic

The High Museum of Art in Atlanta has a wonderful exhibit June 3-September 2, 2018 which explores a Classic, Winnie-the-Pooh. From pencil drawings to line block prints, porcelain sake cups to a stuffed mohair bear, the exhibit explores the history of Pooh! The Alliance Theatre at The Woodruff Arts Center will present a musical based upon Pooh in collaboration with the High from June 8-July 9.

A *Pop Artist* is an artist whose works are inspired by, or a parody or commentary on, popular culture, and whose works tend to fall into the style and technique of the pop art movement.
